Shipping Policy

Shipping Only To United States. No International shipping at this time.

IMPORTANT: International Shipping will be available in the fall of 2023.

 

Stolen, Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages 

Once the package leaves my shop unfortunately I am not responsible for the handling of your package.
If lost, stolen or damaged USPS will be responsible for the package. No replacement or refund will take place due to lost, stolen or damaged packages due to USPS. 

Please contact your USPS & file a claim.
IMPORTANT: For packages damaged, delayed, stolen or lost please file claim with USPS.

 

 

Tracking Orders

Once your order is scanned by the postal office you’ll be able to track your package.

Please make sure shipping address is correct before placing your order. 
Once order is placed no changes can be made to your address or to the items purchased. Please take your time to review ALL your information before placing order.

Any packages sent back due to incorrect shipping address the customer will be responsible for paying any postage fees to resend item/items back to correct shipping address. 

 

 

Processing Time

Processing time is 3-5 business days that does not include weekends or holidays. 

IMPORTANT processing time can change. If different processing time it will always be on the top of the main page of the website in the banner.
